These Terms govern your use of AutoBnB, operated by Gerlich Enterprises LLC (“AutoBnB,” “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind it.
The service
AutoBnB is a property management system and AI operations platform for short-term rentals. It manages listings, reservations, rates, calendars, and guest communication, then connects those core functions to OTAs, smart locks, thermostats, cleaning, payments, and banking.
Accounts and workspaces
You’re responsible for your account, your workspace’s configuration, and the actions of users you invite. Keep your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18.
Subscriptions, billing, and listings
Paid plans are billed per active listing, in advance, on a recurring basis through Stripe, and continue until canceled. Trials convert to paid unless canceled before they end. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on renewal with notice.
Your content and data
You retain all rights to your content and the listing and guest data you connect. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you and to provide it to your workspace. You are responsible for having the right to connect that data and for your guests’ data, including any notices or consents required in your jurisdiction.
Automated and AI actions
AI output is probabilistic and may contain errors. Review it before relying on it, and don’t treat it as legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
Payments, banking, and utility auto-pay
Payment processing, per-property bank accounts, and cards are provided by Stripe (including Stripe Treasury and Issuing) and their banking partners, and are subject to their terms. AutoBnB is not a bank. Where you enable utility auto-pay, you authorize AutoBnB to sign in to the utility providers you specify and pay those bills using the payment method you designate; you’re responsible for the accuracy of the accounts and credentials you provide and for maintaining sufficient funds.
Acceptable use
Don’t use AutoBnB to break the law, send spam, infringe others’ rights, violate an OTA’s or provider’s terms, attempt to breach security, or reverse-engineer the service. You’re responsible for complying with the rules of the platforms and providers you connect.
Third-party services
The integrations you connect are governed by their own terms and are not under our control. We’re not responsible for third-party services, and connecting them is at your discretion.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. Support is available at support@autobnb.space.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, AutoBnB will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AutoBnB against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, your automations, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
Term and termination
You may stop using AutoBnB and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk to the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections meant to survive (content ownership, payment, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) continue.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Iowa have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, give notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
